The ground floor consists of a bathroom and a large domed entrance hall having the living room on the left and the kitchen to the right while a large fireplace is placed on the south wall, between entrance hall and living room.
The upper floor comprises of the master bedroom and a guest bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. Between the 2 bedrooms there is an open air patio leading to a huge veranda.
Three independent guest houses are located to the left side of the main house.
Two of the guest houses have a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and private veranda, while the other one is a single bedroom and bathroom place with a private veranda.
Outdoors, one can find electrical BBQ, pergolas and a separate pool house with a private bathroom, and many seating places and verandas facing south, boasting stunning sea views, while a stoned paved tunnel surrounds the concrete foundation.
As if all these were not enough, a generous sized swimming pool is attached to the house and visible from all living quarters, with a seperate outdoor large Jacuzzi a level higher overspilling in the pool with a waterfall effect.
