Location Information: Loutraki has an organized beach only 300 meters away from the plot with fine sand and crystal clear shallow waters, it is very well organized and provides all the common touristic amenities such as a tavern and beach bar and it is also one of the main beaches which you can choose when the weather is windy as you will never see any waves there. The surrounding area gives you the feeling that you are in the total nature but at the same time it is very close to the living areas. The closest living area to the plot is the small traditional village of Sternes, 3 km away from the villa. In Sternes village you will be able to find some shops such as a mini market, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. More shops can be found in Kounoupidiana (11 km away) which is the largest village of Akrotiri peninsula. Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries, churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests.
